Strategy automation is using software to run a fixed set of trading rules without manual clicks, so entries, exits, and risk are handled by code. The rules stay the same as what you tested; the computer just executes them faster and more consistently. Automation removes hesitation and emotion, but it also executes mistakes and bugs just as faithfully.
