What is the difference between a volume indicator and an order flow indicator?

A volume indicator measures how much traded, usually over time or by price level. An order flow indicator goes further and tries to read which side was aggressive, the buyers lifting offers or the sellers hitting bids, to show the pressure behind a move.

Does volume profile predict where price will go?

No. Volume profile only shows where volume already traded. Heavily traded levels often draw attention again, but that is a tendency people study, not a forecast. The profile describes the past, not the future.

Is VWAP a buy or sell signal?

No. VWAP is a reference line for the average price weighted by volume during a session. Traders use it to judge whether intraday price is above or below where most activity happened. It does not tell you what to do.

Can you get true order flow inside TradingView?
