Common Questions
- How do backtest credits work?
- Each completed backtest run in WealthLearn consumes one credit from your plan's monthly allocation. Credits refresh at the start of each billing period. Additional credits can be purchased separately if needed.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Manage your subscription through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- What is included in each WealthLearn plan?
- See the full plan comparison at wealthlearn.ca/pricing. Plans range from a free tier to WealthPro and WealthPro+ with full access to all tools including QuantCodeGPT, WealthPro Terminal, DelDirect, and the indicator library.
- How do I access WealthLearn indicators in TradingView?
- Once your WealthLearn subscription is active, visit the Indicator Library page for access instructions. Indicators are added to your TradingView account through the access process described there.
- I uploaded a PDF to QuantCodeGPT but got an error. What should I do?
- QuantCodeGPT's PDF upload requires a text-searchable PDF. Scanned image PDFs without embedded text will not parse correctly. Try a text-layer PDF or paste the strategy text directly into the text input.
